The Game is being forced to sell his Calabasas mansion after a judge approved the sale of his property to help fund the $7 million judgement against him.
The Compton rapper was accused by a woman named Priscilla Rainey of sexual assault during the production of his dating show She’s Got Game.
Game refused to appear in court regarding the suit and in 2016 a default judgement was issued against him with the rapper ordered to pay Rainey a little over $7 million.
Rainey had previously requested that the court sell The Game’s mansion to cover the debt as the rapper has refused to pay the sum awarded by the court.

The Game had attempted to avoid the ruling by claiming that he house is actually owned by JTT Holdings, which he also has equity in.
However, the court ruled that JTT Holdings was a shell company and that it can be forcibly sold.
The mansion is currently on the market for $4 million, a figure still significantly short of the $7 million judgement.
The Game has yet to comment on the ruling.

Rainey has been dogged in her attempts to enforce the judgement, employing the use of private detectives to serve legal papers to the rap star.
The “Westside Story” rapper has repeatedly said that Rainey will never get a cent off him though he has already paid just shy of $400,000 to her after she was allowed to collect on his music royalties.
He said on Instagram in 2016: “Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin shit! Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her.”

Game added: “She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started.
The Game has always denied any wrongdoing after Rainey claimed he forced “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks,” after getting her intoxicated on drink and drugs during filming of the VH1 show.
