HipHopDX Premiere: Audio Push — the Inland Empire duo of Oktane and Price — are back with a new video for “Grits.” Directed and edited by the multitalented artists, the video carries a vintage black and white aesthetic and finds both artists (primarily) dressed to the nines.
“This is one of our favorite songs we’ve ever made,” Price tells HipHopDX. “Everything from creating the beat and trying to tap into a bounce that’s missing right now, to the hook saying something that’s never been said before. We could’ve easily said, ‘Pop dat ass’ or something, but ‘Make it hot, stir the grits’ is just everything.”
