Snoop Dogg has teased a Tha Dogg Pound reunion and appears to be rolling out a marketing campaign with help from Swizz Beatz and Flava Flav.

Snoop posted multiple videos on Instagram on Tuesday (April 16) showing Swizz and Flav inquiring about the status of the duo, comprised of Kurupt and Daz Dillinger.

Swizz said in his clip: “Dog, I gotta question: what happened to Tha Dogg Pound? I heard they broke up, is that true? That’s what I heard.”

The Public Enemy legend asked the same question in his, while NLE Choppa also filmed a near-identical video, proving Tha Dogg Pound’s pawprints are felt on Hip Hop’s younger generation.

The clips lead to speculation that new music from the former Death Row Records group is on the way.

“Sounds like a new single is coming out produced by Swizz,” one person theorized, while another commented: “Something’s brewing.”

Daz Dillinger himself recently hinted at a Dogg Pound comeback, possibly through Death Row Records, which Snoop Dogg has owned since early 2022.

In an Instagram post in early April, he shared a photo of him and Snoop together along with the caption: “AINT NUTHIN LIKE FAMILY CUZZN SO ALL U HATERS DPGC IS BAC.”

The longtime collaborators also reunited last week on an updated version of “Can U Dig That?” which was produced by DJ Premier.

The news comes just months after Daz appeared to throw a shot at Snoop for hanging out with The Game.

The Compton rapper uploaded a video to Instagram in January of himself, Snoop, Benny The ButcherHit-Boy, Big Hit and Jay Worthy playing dice at the “Gin & Juice” rapper’s “compound.”

Daz, who not only featured on Snoop’s landmark debut Doggystyle but is also his cousin, reacted to the post by simply commenting: “LOL.”

The Dogg Food rapper spoke about his rift with Snoop weeks before that, saying: “Me and Snoop been feuding for a little bit because the older cousin trying to punk the little cousin, but I’m not going for that shit ’cause I beat n-ggas up for you. You don’t beat n-ggas up for me, cuz.”

Snoop himself previously addressed their falling out in 2013: “I had to cut out family members. Me and my cousin Daz fell out before. When me and him fell out it was like, I taught you everything you know. I put you in the game. And you go against me?

“But that’s what the laws of the game do. It puts you in a position to where sometimes you have to have these types of situations to see who really ‘posed to be there. This shit ain’t made for everybody. You know what I’m saying? It’s like everybody ain’t gonna be a fuckin star.”
