Rihanna may be in the early stages of her third pregnancy in less than two years — at least that’s what a number of her fans think.

During a Fenty Beauty event that took place in Los Angeles on Saturday (April 27), the singer was seen with a glass of champaign, though many people online have been pointing out that she only appeared to be putting her lip to the glass and pretending to sip from it.

As the clip in question began spreading across social-media platforms, so did the rumors about a potential third child from the “Lift Me Up” hitmaker.

“rihanna’s pregnant again bye,” one person wrote, while another referred to her relationship with A$AP Rocky and added: “damn Rihanna pregnant again??? They be fuckin fuckin [four laughing emojis].”

A third person took a slightly different angle and wrote: “legend has it that each time you ask rihanna for an album, it only increase her chances of getting pregnant again.”

Even though the power couple already have two sons — RZA (born in May 2022) and Riot (born in August 2023) — the 36-year-old recently revealed that she is open to having at least one more child with A$AP Rocky.

“I don’t know what God wants, but I would go for more than two,” she said during a conversation with her longtime stylist and Interview Magazine editor-in-chief Mel Ottenberg earlier this month. “I would try for my girl. But of course if it’s another boy, it’s another boy.”

Elsewhere in the interview, she spoke about motherhood and raising two boys with her partner of five years: “I used to try to get [RZA’s] attention all the time, and I would say, ‘Hey, hey, hey.’ And one day he said it back to me in the same melody and I kept singing it and he kept following it over and over again.”

She also praised Rocky as a doting father and said that the COVID-19 lockdown “sped up” their relationship, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

“I felt like God knew we needed because we were going to start a family,” she continued. “And had it not been for COVID, we would’ve taken a lot more time to get comfortable with each other, to even know that we were ready,” she said.

“We didn’t even really talk about [having kids]. There was no denying it. It was the best thing that ever happened to us. It just happened.”

Rihanna concluded: “I let god lead and just let go. Because in previous relationships, I tried and tried and tried my best, and you still feel like it’s not enough.

“So when someone sees you completely, and believes in you, and thinks you’re worthy of being the mother of their kids, it’s a great feeling. I felt the same about him. I knew he would be a great dad.”
