Cardi B’s colossal diamond-laden engagement ring, which her now-fiancé Offset reportedly copped at New York City’s Pristine Jewelers, cost him a staggering $550,000.

According to TMZ, the owner of Pristine Jewelers said it took six weeks to make.

The ring’s eight-carat stone is surrounded by two half-carat pear diamonds, and two carats worth of pink and white stones. The Migos rapper wanted the piece be shaped into a raindrop, a clear nod to Migos’ platinum-selling single, “Bad And Boujee.”

TMZ also reports that Offset collected the ring just hours before he proposed to the “Bodak Yellow” rapper onstage at Philly’s Powerhouse show on Friday night (October 27).

Despite the $550,000 price tag, Offset will likely have the chance to recoup some of that cost considering both BET and VH1 have already registered their interest in hosting an Offset and Cardi marriage special.

Gucci Mane and his now-wife Keyshia Ka’oir had their special day broadcast live on BET last month.
