Logic’s suicide prevention single, “1-800-273-8255” featuring Alessia Cara and Khalid, tops this week’s R&B/Hip Hop Single Sales at #1, ending DJ Khaled’s 18-week streak at #1.

Also, Blackbear’s Gucci Mane-assisted single “do re mi” enters the Top 10 for the first time at #9 and Kendrick Lamar’s “HUMBLE.” (#3) re-enters the Top 10 in a big way.

Logic Lands His First #1 Song

Last week, Logic’s “1-800-273-8255” was sitting at #8. This week, he reigns supreme after climbing the chart to put an end to DJ Khaled’s dominance at #1 (“I’m The One” and “Wild Thoughts” held the spot throughout this run).

The Everybody hit has sold a total of 243,855 units so far. For the week ending on August 31, it sold 69,443 units. Sales for the single increased by 258 percent, nearly doubling the amount of units Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow” sold.

“1-800-273-8255” is also #9 on the Hot 100, which makes it Logic’s first Top 10 track on that chart.

Blackbear & Gucci Mane Break Into The Top 10

R&B singer Blackbear’s single “do re mi” featuring Gucci Mane has pushed its way into this week’s Top 10 at #9. Sales for “do re mi” increased by 17 percent, selling 17,367 units.

Kendrick Lamar Back In The Top 10

Kendrick Lamar took a small break from the Top 10, but he returns to the charts at #3 with “HUMBLE.” Sales for theDAMN. single increased by 159 percent, making it the week’s second highest sales increase for a total of 32,225 units.

Another K. Dot single with a significant sales increase is “DNA.” Sales jumped up by 157 percent, placing it at #13 for a total of 12,353 units sold this week.
