Diddy‘s sex trafficking trial has hit a hitch following questions over a juror.

The jury is currently out for deliberation to decide Diddy’s fate but the team of 12 have sent multiple notes to the judge overseeing the trial.

Members of the jury appear to be alleging that juror number 25 has been failing to follow the instructions of the judge.

The judge sent a note back to the jury informing them that they had a duty to deliberate the case and follow legal orders.

The jury later sent a second note to the judge asking for clarification around his instructions however court was adjourned before he could respond.

To convict Diddy, all jurors must be unanimous in their verdict.

It has not yet been made clear why jurors are concerned about one member of their party or what issues there are around the judge’s instructions.

After the prosecution rested their case against the Bad Boy Records boss, Diddy stood up to confirm that he would not be giving evidence to support his not guilty plea.

“Is it your decision not to testify in this case?” the judge asked Diddy to which he replied: “That is my decision, your honor. It is solely my decision.”

Diddy and his legal team also rested their defense without calling any witnesses.

It has been speculated that Diddy will receive a presidential pardon from Donald Trump in the event that he is convicted.

Trump initially said he would “consider” a pardon for Diddy after having a “look at the facts”.

Suge Knight has also admitted he is very confident that Diddy will escape prison by appealing to Trump.

The currently incarcerated Death Row Records co-founder was speaking to NewsNation about his longtime enemy’s current trial.

During the interview, Suge said: “I think he’s got some favors with the government. I think they’re gonna show him a little leeway. It might not seem like it when it’s all said and done, but I don’t think he has nothing to worry about, and I don’t think he’s worried because he’s gonna be federal, and if he gets convicted, Trump’s gonna pardon him.”
