Chris Brown has been blamed after Quavo was seen performing in front of a nearly empty crowd in Connecticut.

Appearing at the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, Connecticut over the weekend, video footage of the show revealed the former Migos rapper performing for a tiny crowd in a mostly empty arena.

Clips of the concert show the crowd only being around 10 rows deep but Quavo still performed a full set for his fans.

The low attendance for such a big artist has led to a wild conspiracy theory that Chris Brown was behind the event given their ongoing feud, which has exploded in recent weeks with the diss songs “Tender,”“Weakest Link” and “Over Hoes & Bitches.”

Despite having no evidence, many fans have speculated that Brown snapped up tickets to the concert so that Quavo would perform in a near empty arena.

One social media user commented: “Chris Brown evil for this, apparently he bought all the tickets at the Quavo concert just so the crowd is empty.”

Neither Brown nor Quavo have yet commented on the concert.

While the theory appears far-fetched given Chris Brown would have had to shell out a considerable sum for the tickets and that money would have gone to Quavo, it is not without precedent.

50 Cent allegedly bought all of the front row tickets to a Ja Rule concert in 2018 via discount service GroupOn and paid just $3,000 for 200 seats, but the “Always on Time” star denied that’s what happened.

“It’s cap, yo!” Ja told HipHopDX. “Cap! Such cap! How my n-gga Bobby Shmurda did it? He’s capping. King of cap, n-gga. I tell n-ggas, I say, ‘Yo, I got 10 stacks right now for anybody that can find footage of this foolery that this n-gga is talking about.’ Listen, we live in a world where fucking everything is on video. Come on, man. Stop with the foolery!”

He added: “Even the thought of it is still stupid, because n-gga, all you did if you did that was put money in my pocket. And what you think the promoter is going to do? Have an empty venue? You let n-ggas in for free or charge them again! It’s the dumbest shit ever, yo. But yeah, it’s cap. Never happened.”
