“What are the red flags for me?” she said before taking her time with each point. “Liars … cockiness; I hate cockiness …

“And if someone isn’t excited about the things that I’m excited about, like you don’t have to like them, but to just know that you care about what makes me happy, like if you don’t [wrong-buzzer sound effect].”

Whereas the “Have Mercy” hitmaker has been single (as far as the public knows) for a while, her sister Halle Bailey recently had her first child with long-time boyfriend DDG. Chlöe opened up to PEOPLE in January about helping her sibling hide the pregnancy,.

“We just ignore it. I would tell her, like, take social media off your phone, you know, I keep all her other secrets. So this was just another one in the books.”

At the start of 2024, the news of the child’s birth was finally announced after months of speculation from fans.

“even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me, was bring me my son,” The Little Mermaid star while sharing the news. “welcome to the world my halo. the world is desperate to know you.”

The sixth annual Urban One Honors were taped at the Coca-Cola Roxy in Atlanta, Georgia earlier this year. At the ceremony, the 25-year-old singer/songwriter was presented with the “Generation Next” award for her contributions to music and show business.

In late February, the event was broadcast via TV One. “Each honoree represents a unique chapter in the story of music,” network president Michelle Rice said about the gathering, “and we are honored to celebrate their enduring legacies at this year’s Urban One Honors: Best In Black.”
