“40/40 Live” is just one of a handful of digital video programs Time Inc. announced during its NewFronts showcase late last month, according to MarketWatch.com.

The publication reports that “40/40 Live” is a collaboration with Life + Times and will serve as a talk show that will touch on matters concerning sports, fame, and music.

The show will be filmed at the Jay Z-owned 40/40 Club and will also be hosted by WNBA point guard and Roc Nation Sports-signee, Skylar Diggins.

“JAY Z’s The 40/40 Club in Manhattan is the setting for this exciting new talk show,” MarketWatch.com reports. “Produced in collaboration with JAY Z’s Life + Times and hosted by WNBA point guard Skylar Diggins, 40/40 Live blends the worlds of hip hop and sports celebrity to provide a fresh and unfiltered conversation around sports, fame, music and more.”

In addition to being hosted by Diggins, “40/40 Live” will also feature a variety of celebrity guests.

News of Jay Z’s latest business venture comes shortly after the rapper-turned-entrepreneur launched the paid music streaming service, TIDAL. It’s currently unclear if “40/40 Live” will be linked to TIDAL in any way.
