Rick Ross‘ ex-partner, Tia Kemp, pitched a chat to popular talk show host Gayle King but was turned down in a matter of seconds.

Over the weekend the social media personality took to Instagram to post a video of an interaction she had with the CBS journalist at what seems to be a shopping mall.

“Hi Gayle, I need to come on your show. You just don’t know who I am. But—” she began, before interrupted by King.

“What would we be talking about?” Gayle inquired, before quickly exiting the conversation.

“We gon talk about everything Get Me There [exclamation point, one hundred, shrug, goat emoji],” the caption reads.

The brief exchange was met with an outpouring of support for Kemp, who users felt was slighted by King.

“And when she figure it out, tell her the price has went up Tia!!!” wrote one user, while another added: “It’s definitely shade!Almost sounds like& what do we have in common [face palm emoji] to talk about! [thinking emoji].”

A third user jokingly likened the broadcast reporter to Oprah Winfrey, writing: “What will we be talking about? Shady like Oprah [laughing emoji].”

While Gayle didn’t seem to know who Kemp was, the latter surely has a story to tell given her recent back-and-forth with Rozay. Earlier this year, the Maybach Music Group boss was dragged back into drama with his former partner despite having previously served her a cease and desist order.

“Tia’s sister Ebony, she told me about that botched surgery. But you going to get over it, you gonna heal. I ain’t gonna lie, we laughed about it for a little while,” the “Aston Martin Music” rapper said, venting about his ex-girlfriend while smoking a blunt.

He added: “Every time you get on TikTok, I know you see a new release from Tia. But listen, we all gotta imagine what she’s going through. Her mother, who’s a 30-year recurring crack addict, she’s back addicted. Tia’s dealing with it.”

In a sarcastic display of sympathy, he then revealed he would not “cut off” Kemp’s Instagram account for the above reason.
