Lil Scrappy is officially a single man following his divorce from wife and Love & Hip Hop co-star, Bambi – and he threw a huge bash in Atlanta to commemorate the occasion.
The event, dubbed the ‘Back Outside Divorce Party,’ went down on Thursday (July 20). With a flyer to promote the party a few days before, the “Get On My Level” rapper took to Instagram to rejoice in his newly-single status and reflect on the “lies and evilness” his ex allegedly caused.

“Man look with all the lies and evilness thrown on me I think it’s safe to say I need to go up and release and just enjoy life,” Scrappy began. “I showed y’all how I am married I was coo for a long time now imma show y’all outside scrappy, like my pops said why do we celebrate birth and death but we dnt celebrate separation from something that wasn’t for you?”
He continued: “Hey no more stress and anger and lies pull up if u inna A the whole city coming out.”

Attendees at the party included Scrappy’s mother Momma Dee, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta castmates Erica Banks and Khaotic, as well as Crime Mob rapper Diamond – who has been a point of contention in Scrappy and Bambi’s relationship.
On the MTV season premiere of LHHATL last month, the pair fought over Diamond after Bambi found out Scrappy was linking up with the rapper behind her back. For his part, Scrappy said his wife didn’t offer the support he needed as a man and husband.
“I feel like, as a wife, you should always make your husband feel like he’s ‘that guy.’ I wasn’t getting that from Bam, and, I mean, it’s got to come from somewhere else,” he said on the show.
Splits are happening all over the music and entertainment world, with Ne-Yo recently having to shell out a cool $2million in his split from ex Crystal Renay.
As Mustard and estranged wife Chanel Thierry’s strained divorce continues, the producer was recently forced to reveal his income as part of their ongoing fight over how much child support he should pay.

Elsewhere, Faith Evans and Stevie J reportedly finally settled their lengthy and bitter divorce battle earlier this month. The messy divorce between the Love & Hip Hop pair dragged on for over two years, with things coming to a head in April after Stevie was ordered to turn over his estranged wife’s vehicle when she claimed he stole it to drive to Coachella.
