Lul Tim, who was also shot during the deadly altercation, was arrested on murder charges in March 2021. He was later released from police custody shortly after posting a $100,000 bond.

King Von’s former girlfriend Asian Doll responded to the news of Tim’s charges being dropped in a since-deleted tweet over the weekend.

“Because the police said Tim ain’t kill him the police did,” she wrote.

Footage following the shooting leaked online earlier this month, and showed O’Block member BossTop being handcuffed and asked a few questions by responding officers. At one point in the video, he is seen being led away from the scene while asking if Von is “good.”

In an interview with Angela Yee back in 2021, Quando Rondo opened up about the deadly shooting and claimed he and his crew acted in self-defense after being attacked by King Von’s entourage.

Lul Tim was arrested again in October 2022 on an array of unrelated drug charges following a high-speed chase with police in Georgia.
