The Odd Future rapper’s Flower Boy LP sold 70,087 units and was streamed 42,951,771 times. Meek Mill’s Wins & Losses landed in the #3 slot with 86,214,061 streams and 37,309 units sold, while JAY-Z’s 4:44took a 48 percent dive and landed in the #7 slot. Elsewhere on the chart, NAV and Metro Boomin’s Perfect Timing made its entrance at #14, and French Montana’s Jungle Rules also falls 48 percent, settling in the #16 slot.

Tyler The Creator’s follow-up to 2015’s Cherry Bomb — Flower Boy — has hit the Billboard 200 chart at #2, marking the highest charting debut of his career. Cherry Bomb debuted at #4, selling over 51,000 copies in its first week, while Goblin debuted at #5 in 2011 and Wolf entered the chart at #4 in 2013. Flower Boy sold 100,641 total album equivalent units and 70,087 of those were pure album sales. The album was streamed 42,951,771 times.

This marks the follow-up to 2015’s Dreams Worth More Than Money, which debuted at #1 and sold over 215,000 albums in its first week. The Philly rapper’s debut, 2012’s Dreams & Nightmares, debuted at #3.
Hov Takes A Dip

JAY-Z’s 13th studio album, 4:44, went platinum in its first week thanks to an assist from Sprint, but Hov has just taken a 48 percent dip and touched down in the #7 slot. This is the album’s third week on the charts. It sat in the coveted #1 slot for two consecutive weeks. With 45,200 total album EUs, 29,099 pure album sales and 21,329,576, 4:44 at least managed to stay in the Top 10. JAY’s last album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, debuted at #1 in 2013, selling over 528,000 copies in its inaugural week.
