“Memorial Day is about getting shit faced,” according to Pittsburgh rhymer Wiz Khalifa.
The tweet from Wiz, which was made Sunday (May 28), was unsurprisingly met with a great deal of slander on Twitter.

In response to his tweet, a number of users attempted to school the rapper on the true meaning of Memorial Day.

Wiz did go on to clarify his Memorial Day comment, explaining that he never meant to be “rude” with his words.
