Founding 808 Mafia members Southside and Lex Luger have been throwing shots at each other for the past couple of weeks regarding a possible beat battle. Initially, the event was canceled following some failed wager negotiations.
Looks like Swizz Beatz is helping organize the event following his popular Instagram Live battle against Just Blaze, a two-hour extravaganza that ended with Swizzy dropping an unreleased track featuring DMX, Jadakiss, Jay Z and Nas.

Making the announcement flyer on his Instagram page, Swizz also announced Funkmaster Flex vs. DJ Clue as the undercard for the event. Seems like it’s a go on Luger’s end with him posting the news on his Instagram page as well.
