Azealia Banks has no one else to hear her out regarding an incident where Russell Crowe threw her out of a hotel room as the battery case against the actor has officially been dropped.

The Gladiator star will not be charged in the incident, TMZ shares, after the Los Angeles District Attorney said Crowe’s actions were “justified to prevent the imminent violence threatened by Banks.”

Earlier reports said that the rapper was considering dropping the charges, but now the case is officially over.

Back in October, the actor tossed Banks out of a party he was hosting at the Beverly Hills Hotel after she allegedly became confrontational and threatened to cut a guest with a glass she was holding, while throwing the n-word around. Banks said in an emotional interview it was Crowe who used the racial slur against her and that he spit on her after manhandling her and tossing her out of the room.

Several witnesses, including RZA, who brought Banks as his guest to the party, gave testimony that said the Harlem rapper was the one who acted “loud and obnoxious.”

While one case closes, another one continues as Banks appeared in court last month for a separate incident where she allegedly bit a bouncer’s breast after a confrontation outside a New York nightclub.
