Chris Brown is back in legal trouble after he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon yesterday (August 30) to end an hours-long standoff with police.
With many sharing their reactions to the situation on social media, 50 Cent took to Instagram to declare his support for his friend and “I’m the Man” collaborator.
“I have a different relationship with Chris,” the G-Unit general says in a post. “That’s my boy.I watched him come up, a lot of the shit he go threw is crazy to me. If your not safe at home when do you get a break? If someone calls 911 and says you pulled a gun on them in your house, are the police coming to creat a bunker at the end of your drive way for 11 hours to wait for a search warrant? Then live stream it, This must be VIP Treatment. SMH.”

50 also posted a screenshot of a TMZ story saying that the woman who accused Breezy of the crime is wanted for stealing purses in New York.
“You can’t make this shit up,” he says in the caption.

Brown is now out of jail on $250,000 bail. He declared his innocence in a series of videos he posted on IG and his lawyer responded on Twitter, saying that the claims against his client “are demonstrably false.”
Last month, the New York rapper made a post of him and Breezy explaining how he sees himself in the singer.
“Throw back me and CB, Have what I call beautiful imperfections,” he says, “it’s funny how every set back creates the glory in the get back. Learn to love it, or find something else to love.”
