Beyonce’s May 5 stop of the “Formation World Tour” has been postponed, but the reason for the change in schedule is in dispute.
“Details about the rescheduled date will be announced shortly,” Beyoncé’s rep told E! News. “Nashville tickets holders are advised to retain their tickets which will be honored at the rescheduled event.”
After TMZ wrote about the show getting canceled, noting that the stadium is undergoing renovations, which may be behind the cancellation, Nissan Stadium responded.

“.@TMZ Nissan Stadium was ready and able to host the May 5 Beyoncé show, and we look forward to the rescheduled event,” it wrote on Twitter yesterday.
The tour is slated to hit Atlanta tomorrow (May 1) and North Carolina Tuesday (May 3).
