With Alley Boy’s Definition Of Fuck Shit 3 mixtape scheduled for release on July 20, the Atlanta, Georgia rapper returned to his hometown to speak with Hot 107.9’s B High about his upcoming project, linking with Master P, and more.
According to Alley Boy, who spent time in California recently, he returned to Atlanta to finish Definition Of Fuck Shit 3, but did reveal that he’s outgrown the city somewhat.
“I put time in all my projects, but this one just took a little longer cause I was in Cali and shit,” Alley Boy said. “So, it was a little different recording. So, it’s stuff I had been recording and stuff I just—I felt like I wanted to come home and finish it. You know what I’m saying? Just get that whole Atlanta feel…I still feel like I done kinda outgrowed Atlanta. But it balances me out. I always gotta come back to where I’m from. It’s just a back-and-forth thing…I’m finna touch a lot of topics. It’s just growth.”

During his time in California, Alley Boy was involved in a physical altercation with a group of men, which was caught on videotape. He spoke briefly on the incident, stating that it wasn’t street-related, and added that he was arrested following the encounter.
“It was one of them situations where people think it was some street shit, but it was some civilians [that I’m fighting],” he said. “I got locked up right after it. So, I had got locked up. So, I got some legal issues out there. That’s one of the reasons too for me [coming back]. It was just time.”
Lastly, Alley Boy spoke on linking with Master P during his visit to the West Coast. He also revealed that despite P reaching out to him, he didn’t sign any paperwork with the No Limit Records founder.

“P, that’s the OG. He a real person. He really P,” Alley said. “So, a lot of people probably thought I did paperwork with P or whatever. But I ain’t—I never did no paperwork…And I always had my Atlantic situation at the time. So, it was like—And P just wanted to work with me. Real recognize real. So, he reached out to me through Drumma Boy. I went out there. It was supposed to be like a six month thing. I was gonna go out there and just shoot a couple movies or whatever…And I just liked it. I got out there, I was able to breathe…L.A. totally different from Atlanta. It’s totally different. It was just a learning environment.”
