Chris Brown has been sued by a record label executive over a nightclub assault in London that left him hospitalized.

According to TMZ, One God Records exec Abraham Diaw claims in his suit that Breezy beat him with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila at Tape nightclub in February, and his injuries were so severe that he had to receive medical treatment.

Diaw says he was knocked unconscious by the repeated blows from Brown and suffered cuts to his head and a torn ligament in his leg. Chris hasn’t been back to London since, and Diaw says police have the security footage of the altercation.

Diaw claims that he thought Brown was coming over to dap him up before he struck him with the bottle as the two were friendly for years, with the record label executive also dabbling in the nightlife scene across Europe.

As previously reported by Radar Online, Brown and his entourage went to the Tape nightclub at Hanover Square in London after his performance at the O2 Arena as part of his European run on the Under The Influence Tour.

Shortly after arrival, a fight broke out between Brown’s crew and other club patrons.

“A row broke out with a guy and Brown’s crowd and the man was hit over the head with a bottle,” a witness said. “He tried to get up off the ground to escape but he was surrounded and then punched and kicked before security broke it up.”
