This may very well be the last video to drop until after Slim’s “War Music” is released next Tuesday.

This is dope. This guy comes with rap of 2001-2005 period. I dont know if that will bring him big succes. But I deffinitely like this and the rest of his material.
Reminds me to the G-Unit/Shady/Aftermath times. I hope 50 Cent will be on his album.
He’s released over half the joints off the mixtape already so I doubt it’ll make a huge impact next week. I will say though, Back Against the Wall feat. Dr. Dre that just dropped on Shade 45 is the big highlight. I’m not too crazy about Slim after spectating his moves the last couple years but he’s doing something right, South Central Blues was also dope and obviously he wants to reincarnate the success that Get Rich or Die Tryin’ was in ’03 for good or bad.
There’s no 50 Cent feature on War Music but it should be obvious to anyone with senses that something needs to happen there. Who knows, maybe Slim can invigorate 50 to come back hard musically and go back to what he did best. Slim is good for hip-hop but IMO I just can’t get too crazy over what he’s doing over and over, I hope he develops and evolves a bit or his best shit is saved for Detox.
I would have prefered DRE signed someone like Jay Rock instead of this dude. Jay Rock is a super talented dude, I don’t see what makes this guy standout to Drake. I can see Kendrick, but not this dude as his last two artist. Although this joint is nice, I dont like the hook
