DUBB releases the official video for "RNB (Real Nigga Blues)" off his latest project "Never Content."

HipHopDX got a chance to talk to DUBB, get to know him a little more below.

Name: DUBB

From: Athens, Park, South Central Los Angeles

Inspired by: My family, My community, my struggle, my journey and my life is what inspires me.

Mission in HipHop: To be the be the best rap artists ever. I want to have an overall positive effect on the world with messages reflective of my music.

Musical Influences: 2Pac, Jadakiss, Eminem, Nas

What inspired this song? I want to bring realism back to music, talk about things that people can really relate to . Regardless of your race or gender, struggle is something that is a universal problem not only here in America but the world. I wanted to capture a realistic outlook of the have nots in my city from a visualized perspective.

What Are You currently working on? I am currently promoting my new mixtape Never Content which dropped January 14th (Free Download) and January 28th on iTunes. I'm already in the lab working on a new mixtape, I just finished a promotional run in NYC with a lot of the major media out there, and lastly I'm gearing up for my own tour Fly High in June.
