“I Get Crazy” is the popular street single released by Nicki Minaj in 2009 off her third mixtape Beam Me Up Scotty, which peaked at number 20 on Billboard’s Hot Rap Songs chart and at number 27 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart. The track has a crazy energy and also features Lil’ Wayne rocking it out live on his electric guitar which he recorded himself. The original version of “I Get Crazy” didn’t necessarily have the rock n’ roll feel to it until Wayne hopped on the track adding both his verse and the live guitar chords, thus fueling the craziness of the track.

Although it did pretty well for a street single, it ranks as the Trininadian rapper’s least favorite Lil’ Wayne collaborations. She expressed her disdain for the song when she was asked by one of her Barbz via Twitter if she’d be performing the song on her Pink Friday Tour, in which she responded with a resounding “NO!”
