Dr. Dre’s Detox Faces More Delays
In an interview with ABCNews.com rapper/producer Dr. Dre [click to read] revealed that his highly-anticipated album Detox will not be released until some time next year.
Dr. Dre [click to read] revealed this latest Detox news when asked what had been keeping him busy recently.
“Only my album that I’ve been working on for the last 10 years, that’s it, Detox record,” explained Dr. Dre. “Hopefully I’ll get it done at the end of this year and we can hear it next year.”
Detox has been in the works for close to a decade now and the album was expected to be released some time this year much to the delight of eager fans. Now it seems they’ll have to wait until 2010 for their Detox fix.
It also appears that Dr. Dre is still hard at work creating tracks for Detox, this according to a Tweet made by rapper The Game last week. In his Tweet Game [click to read] explained that he was in the studio with Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg and attached a picture of the three artists.
