Continuing, Jean explained, Timberland is not only a brand I have worn as long as I can remember, but now I feel I have gained a friend in Jeff [Swartz, Timberlands President and CEO] and the respect of what is beyond a brand. I have the utmost respect for what he and his company stand for not only in its legacies but in its future. I am looking forward to making change together.

Specializing in boots and outerwear clothing, Timberland has created a 16-boot footwear collection specifically for Wyclef Jeans cause, with $2 for each sold pair given to the Yle Haiti organization. Also, Tree t-shirts designed by art students from Haiti will be sold in Timberland stores nationwide, with $1 from each sold shirt given back to support art programs and reforestation.
