The Anti-Pop Consortium Readies New Album

It's been six years since New York City underground Hip Hop quartet Anti-Pop Consortium worked together on new music. Beans, M. Sayyid, High Priest and Earl Blaze are back at it again, as they ready Flourescent Black for Big Dada Records in October.

Just over a year ago, the group set aside differences and accepted a touring invitation with Kool Keith and Public Enemy [click to read].

"We're grown men," said Beans.  "So our acceptance of our differences has allowed to bring all that more magic to the table. We're stronger now and the music is better for it."
