Settlement Reached In 50 Cent Mansion Lawsuit
50 Cent was suing the engineering firm over repairs and renovations to his 19-bedroom, 37-bathroom mansion in Connecticut. The Queens rapper explained that an estimate from BVH for the cost of repairs and renovations for the amount of $600,000 ended up costing 50 Cent six million dollars.
In defense of the costly bill BVH’s lawyer explained that 50 Cent [click to read] wanted “extravagant and costly upgrades.”
Lawyers on both sides have not revealed what settlement was reached.
In 2003, 50 Cent bought the home from boxer Mike Tyson and in 2007 50 Cent put the mansion up for sale for $18.5 million. Highlights of the spacious mansion include a recording studio and nightclub.
