Next Day Air Met With Critical Praise From Roger Ebert

The small budget film Next Day Air received a three star review from respected film critic Roger Ebert, while the movie’s weekend competition, the estimated $150 million budgeted Star Trek, earned two-and-a-half stars.

Starring Mos Def, Mike Epps, and Donald Faison, the movie centers on a group of couriers from Philadelphia whose constant smoking of chronic leads them to accidentally drop a big box of cocaine at the wrong residency. The comedy is directed by Benny Boom who is recognized for directing music videos for artists like Nas, 50 Cent [click to read], Busta Rhymes, and Snoop Dogg [click to read].

Next Day Air released on Friday, May 8.
