Through his blog, Kid Cudi announced today the three features appearing on his debut album, Man On The Moon: The Guardians, tentatively set for August on G.O.O.D. Music/Universal Motown. Those features will be none other than label CEO Kanye West, label-mate Common [click to read], and artistic influence Snoop Dogg [click to read].

The Cleveland rapper did not reveal any further details than that, but did admit that both UK Pop songstress Lily Allen and OutKast member Andre 3000 [click to read] declined requests to appear on the album.

Cudi wrote in his trademark, all caps with liberal spelling, “IT MADE ME REALIZE THO, DO I REALLY WANNA GO IN ON FEATURES? SURE I LIKE THESE ARTISTS BUT THIS FIRST ALBUM NEEDS TO BE ABOUT WUT I CAN DO. I FEEL LIKE A LOT OF PEOPLE STILL THINK ITS A GAME SO I WILL FOREVER FEEL LIKE I HAVE SUTTIN TO PROVE.

The artist, who recently made mention of retiring as a rookie, said his next album will be driven off of collaborations, pairing Cudi with an assortment of artists that inspire him.
