Sears Quits Production Of LL Cool J's Line
After initial reports that LL Cool J's clothing line was in danger [click to read], WooHa reports that Sears has opted to cease production of the Queens icon's signature line, which was announced in July of 2008 [click to read].
Sears purchasing sources told the industry insider publication that the cuts were a reaction to the recession, but also lack of interest in the marketplace. Cool J has spoken little of the line since his Exit 13 campaign.
Consumers will be able to purchase LL's apparel at 50-75% discount at retailers and through Sears online.
