Rick Ross, Trick Daddy Host Blood Drive For Child
In a time when rappers are readily involving themselves in beef and turmoil, some positive news has come out of Miami. Pitbull, Flo Rida, Trick Daddy [click to read] and Rick Ross [click to read] are teaming up to help in an event that is slated to hit the 163rd Street Mall in North Miami this Saturday, April 26, 2009. The event will take place to aid Jasmina Amena, a six year old Leukemia patient in need of a bone marrow donor.
NBA and NFL players are also slated to be on hand for the day, which is scheduled to have photo sessions with stars and autograph signings.
Fans who attend can also donate blood in hopes that someone may be a match for Jasmina.
This isn't the first time celebrities have helped Amena. Lamar Odom recently held a charity event for the young child as well, according to the Los Angeles Times. Rhianna also met young Jasmina at a hospital in New York in early April.
