The Associated Press reported that early this morning Jay-Z was arrested for having a loaded gun in his Suburban. He was leaving New York night club, Club Exit, when police stopped him.

The police said they say a man enter a 2001 Chevorlet Suburban holding a gun at about 3 in the morning. They pulled him over and found a Glock .40, they still don't know whose car it was.

The four passengers (Jay-Z, Hamzah Hewitt, Tyran Smith, Romero Chambers) were all arrested and are facing charges of criminal possesion of a weapon.

In other Jigga news, he is due in court on Monday to respond to charges that he stabbed Untertainment's Lance "Un" Rivera at a record release party in December of 1999.
