Kanye West And Manager Charged For L.A.X. Incident
Kanye West had some run-ins with the paparazzi last year. After the video clips were released, many saw West in these scuffles with photographers. Now, Los Angeles City prosecutors have decided to charge West with misdemeanor battery, grand theft and vandalism.
The charges come due to a photographer's camera being destroyed in September 2008. West was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport as a result of the incident. The event was videotaped and shown through various media outlets [click to read].
West could face two and a half years if he is convicted. He is not alone, though. His manager, who was also involved in the incident is also facing charges and could see time as well.
