Wayne was arrested in July 2007 after a concert at the Beacon Theatre. A police officer reported boarding the tour bus because she smelled marijuana, and saw the rapper try to hide a gun.
Lil Wayne‘s defense attorney Stacey Richman argued that the officer lied about smelling the marijuana in order to board the bus.
Wayne‘s court date is currently set for April 20.
