After a serious of professional, personal and legal troubles, DMX was reportedly in rehab attempting to get his career back on track. Simmons' attorney, Bradford Cohen, said his client was reportedly in a facility seeking treatment. It is not known why X was in Miami, which served as the scene for at least three of his previous arrests this year.

The Arizona Republic reports the rapper and actor will be held by FBI agents in Florida while sheriff's deputies prepare to extradite him.
