DMX Finally Appears In Court - For Two Minutes

DMX finally appeared in a Phoenix court yesterday (Sept. 29) after missing the first date after being hospitalized due to symptoms indicating a stroke [click to read].

X was in court for less than two minutes, as the judge ordered him back in court on October 7 for a status conference.

The troubled rapper is charged with four counts of drug paraphernalia and one count of marijuana possession, in addition to a felony theft charge and animal cruelty charges.

I said it before and Ill say it again, this guy is treating our legal system like a revolving door, said Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in a statement. This is an outrage. Is it because of his notoriety that he is continuously released by the courts? It is about time the revolving door stop and the cell door close."
