On the flip side, HBOs John Adams miniseries received 23 nominations.
In other nomination news, A Raisin in the Sunwhich featured Diddypicked up two nominations. Phylicia Rashad is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie and Audra McDonald received a nod for Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie.
The fifth and final season of The Wire hits store shelves in August.
