Blackalicious made quite an impact a couple years ago when they dropped their very well received debut LP, “Nia.” On April 30, the Quannam Control crew are set to return with their sophomore effort, “Blazing Arrows.”

MCA records will be releasing the album. According to Davey D, "Blazing Arrow" will feature appearances from Gil Scott Heron, Ben Harper, Dilated Peoples, Saul Williams, former Rage Against the Machine frontman Zach De La Rocha, and Keke Wyatt. They also have an impressive line up of soundbwoys, with ?uestlove, Hi-Tek, and Cut Chemist all lending beats.

Be on the lookout for “Blazing Arrows,” and check for “Nia” as well as their EP, “A2G.” If you really want to be impressed by this crew then be sure to check out the track “Alphabet Aerobics,” ridiculous I tell you. But speaking of Zach De La Rocha, what ever happened to his solo album?
