Wife of Snoop Dogg Arrested for Drunk Driving

Shante Broadus, the wife of Snoop Dogg was arrested early this morning in Orange County, California for suspicion of driving under the influence.

Officers from the Fullerton Police Department stopped Broadus, 32, around 12:15 a.m. and taken to jail.

She was cited and released pending a future court appearance.

Police say shewas driving alone.

Broadus, who has been married to Snoop since 1997 has found herself in the spotlight several times during the course of her famous husbands career.

The pair made headlines in 2005 when it was announced that they were getting a divorce. Before proceedings were final, Snoop and Shante reconciled and renewed their vows in January of this year.

Most recently, she was seen on the familys E! Network reality show, Snoop Doggs Fatherhood.

They have three children together.
