After Foxy Brown's former manager and CEO of Black Hand Entertainment Chaz "Slim" Williams claimed he was "ready for war," Foxy wasted no time responding.

The Brooklyn rapper spoke on the comment, which was made on Shade 45's "Lip Service Show" on Monday, May 19. "I am far more interested in the truth, than making this guy famous," explained Foxy, according to AllHipHop.com. "This was probably the most illogical business decision I've ever made in my entire career. But I believe in giving a nigga a chance...so I did. Completely ignoring my intuition."

Williams, whose criminal career and success in the music industry were the topic of a recent episode of American Gangster, clarified his comments, explaining that he was speaking generally, and did not intend any physical harm to Foxy.

The falling out between Williams and Foxy occurred when Williams put together Foxy's latest release, Brooklyn's Don Diva [click to read], while the rapper was in prison. Foxy was very vocal about her distaste for the album, having said that when she listened to it, she was "devastated."
