New Tupac Shakur Tribute Double Album Coming

Thug Life Army Records is releasing In The Shadow of the Icon, a double-disc collection of numerous west coast artists and 2Pac affiliates paying homage to the fallen legend. AllFrumTha I, X-Clan, Road Dawgs and Celly Cel all contributed songs to the release, which is currently selling digitally and accepting pre-orders for retail.

Thug Life Army is the Cincinnati, Ohio-based imprint inspired by the work, art and teachings of Tupac Shakur. The label is home to Binky Mack, a member of the Inglewood group AllFrumTha I, a group that was signed to Mack 10's Hoo-Bangin' Records in the late '90s. He produced tracks for Westside Connection, R.A. The Rugged Man and MC Eiht.
