The Cool Kids Finally Get Release Date For EP
Initially rumored to be titled Totally Flossed Out and released on DJ A-Trak's Fool's Gold imprint, Chicago's The Cool Kids are releasing The Bake Sale EP on Chocolate Industries on June 10th. The release will be predated with an iTunes exclusive digital release on May 20th.
The 10-track EP features seminal material such as "88" and "Mikey Rocks," tracks that helped The Cool Kids get features in Urb, VIBE and elsewhere. Many of these tracks appear on the group's latest mixtape Cool Ass Ninjas [click to listen].
The group will be featured on Rock The Bells' tour, as well as the upcoming album from Kidz In The Hall.
Chocolate Industries is a Chicago-based label, responsible for releases from Diverse [click to read], Vast Aire [click to read] and the debut EP from Lady Sovereign.
