It is no secret that the Hip Hop community is up in arms over the Sean Bell verdict [click to read]. Many in the community have spoken out against the decision to let the 3 officers off the hook [click to read editorial]. Now another rapper steps to the plate and will let his voice be heard.

The Game is fresh out of the studio and has just finished recording “911 is a Joke” in response to the “Not Guilty” verdict.

“I’m outraged and speaking out for my generation that is afraid to speak out against police brutality and murder,” said The Game in a statement. “I grew up in Compton and had to stay silent because of the fear that was prevalent in my community, but now that I have a voice I’m speaking out.”
