Wu-Tang Clan's RZA announced that his group Achozen will begin releasing tracks from their upcoming album at 4:22 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, April 22. The group will release a self-titled debut album later this summer, and RZA insists that the sound will not be "rap-metal,"opting for the term "heavy Hip Hop."
Achozen will also feature guest appearances from Genius/GZA, George Clinton, John Frusciante of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Killah Priest and Sick Jacken of Psycho Realm. The group plans to perform limited tour dates in support of the album.
