Scott Storch Allegedly Avoids Child Support
According to Dalene Daniel, mother of Scott Storch's two year-old daughter Jalen, the producer is late on his child support.
As a result, the mother has filed a motion in Miami-Dade civil court. According to TMZ.com, Daniel claims in court documents that Storch has not made payments for December and January, and refers to him as "habitually late." The suit further asserts that some of his checks have even bounced.
Daniel is asking the court to hold the producer in contempt, and enforce the child support by any means, including "incarceration" and "any other coercive sanction or relief permitted by the law."
The motion also hopes to claim interest on the late payments, as well as attorney and court fees.
Scott Storch had one of, if not his most successful years in 2006, raking in $17 million and making a Forbes list in the process.
