T.I.’s lawyers filed two motions yesterday (Nov. 6) asking a judge to allow the soon-to-be incarcerated rapper to have more than the permitted amount of visitors in his home for Thanksgiving.

T.I., though out on bail, is on house arrest until a trail alleging his purchase and ownership of illegal weapons begins.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the rapper is only allowed three visitors at any one time, a rule imposed by his $3 million bond. The motion requests that the rule be temporarily waived from 9:00am to 6:30pm for Thanksgiving day.

With the motion, T.I.’s lawyers also submitted a list of visitors for the judge’s consideration, all of whom would require to undergo criminal background checks.

In addition to these stipulations, no alcohol would be allowed at the event, and T.I. would have to pay for additional security for the event.

The second motion T.I. filed was to be able to have workers clean his pool, yard and house.
