Arrest Warrant Issued for Beanie Sigel
Beanie Sigel is set to turn himself into police today (Monday October 8) after being charged with theft and unauthorized use of an automobile. Allegedly, the Philly rap star neglected to return a rental car over a month later than it was due.
Beans rented a 2007 Nissan Altima from a Payless Rental Car, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. Oddly enough, the rapper's license is suspended.
The car was due back August 13th, but the rapper allegedly never returned it. "Apparently there was some misunderstanding over when it was to be returned or whether or not payment was continuing to be made," said Beans' attorney Fortunato Perri. "We're now working out a time for him to surrender on Monday."
The Altima was returned on Friday, October 5.
