David Banner's Album Pushed Back

David Banner's fourth solo album, The Greatest Story Ever Told has been pushed back to a later release.

The album was originally slated for release last week, but is now scheduled for a November 20th release. The album contains several high-profile guests, such as Jim Jones, UGK and Chris Brown.

Banner's current single is "Speaker," which features Lil' Wayne and Snoop Dogg. "2006 was a difficult year for me, so for 2007 I wanted to come out celebrating," said Banner in a statement. "To me, 'Speaker' is a celebration of hip-hop and what it can represent. Rap gets blamed for all the ills in the world today; I just wanted folks to know there is a lot of love in the music too."

In other news, David Banner testified at a congressional hearing alongside Michael Eric Dyson and Master P concerning the lyrical content and messages of hip hop.
