Q-Tip Hits the Road With Common

Q-Tip will be joined alongside Common for the 2K Sports Bounce Tour. The next installment in the popular video game series, NBA 2k8, will feature Q-Tip as a playable character. Q-Tip can also be heard on the soundtrack alongside Talib Kweli on the J Dilla track Lightworks.

While on tour, the multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning artist will be offering new material from his highly-anticipated release The Renaissance, which is due out early 2008. The first single, WorkItOut is currently available for download on iTunes.

In addition to the tour, Q-Tip (as well as the rest of A Tribe Called Quest) will be honored at the fourth annual VH1 Hip Hop Honors, premiering on Monday, October 8th.
